I represent workers who have been seriously injured on the job, including back and neck injuries, toxic exposure, repetitive-use injuries, and knee replacement claims. Injured workers who are unable to return to their line of work may, depending on their injury, be entitled to disability benefits, retraining, or loss of earning capacity benefits.

I represent both employees, and public and private employers, in claims arising out of employment relationships --issues involving terminations, workplace accommodations, allegations of discrimination, employment handbooks, and labor union relations.

I review and advise on employment related contracts: non-competes, trade secret agreements, severance agreements, and new hire employment agreements. I have helped to enforce, and to defend against such agreements.
