My client was struck by a hit-and-run driver and left injured, with a damaged bicycle and no insurance information for the person responsible. Other law firms turned the case away because the driver co ... uld not be identified. But I believed my client deserved answers—and justice. I immediately began investigating and obtained surveillance footage from a nearby store. Unfortunately, the vehicle’s license plate was too blurry to read. Many people might have stopped there, but I carefully reviewed every detail of the footage and noticed the driver carrying dry cleaning. That small detail became the key to the entire case. I sent a private investigator to the nearby dry cleaner, and through persistence and determined investigative work, we successfully identified the driver and located the applicable insurance policy. Ultimately, I secured the policy limits for my client’s injuries, as well as full compensation for his damaged bicycle and other personal property.
