After moving to Janesville one year ago, our Realtor recommended the McDonald's firm to us. For updating our will, the cost we incurred from Patrick McDonald was much better than the average price charged by other law firms in the area. The initial interview was by phone due to the pandemic. Patr...ick was engaging, making the entire process painless and actually enjoyable. He also assisted our friend's will update a few weeks ago. I cannot speak for the other person who gave this firm only one star. Noting that it is the only review, my feeling is that this was perhaps an anomaly.
