Michael Anthony Haakenson

Attorney Haakenson was appointed during my post-divorce custody battle. He was a bit closed off initially, but I believe this is because my ex was making unfounded allegations of bias and favoritism against the previous guardian ad litem; I think that Attorney Haakenson was protecting himself and th...e case against any unnecessary appeals and further litigation. Attorney Haakenson completed an extensive, thorough investigation and report on our children. He was extremely fair, stated the facts clearly and concisely, and cited law and logic as the reasons for his recommendations. If I needed a personal family law attorney, I would absolutely hire him in a heartbeat.
