The most professional attorney around

Matt was hired almost one year after my contested divorce began. My ex was granted several months of extra time to decide whether to sell or refinance our home, while I was court ordered to pay the same amount towards our marital bills for over ten months while she made up her mind. My original attor...ney didn't help or fight for my rights at all, even so far as allowing me to sign a large portion of my parental rights away & was ordered to pay full child support. She was trying to take my simple divorce to trial, for more money. I contacted Matt & was immediately treated with respect. He always responds to calls or emails, explains everything in detail & leaves no stone unturned. Long story short, I was almost immediately allowed to stop paying my ex the money my other attorney allowed to become court ordered, I now have joint custody of our child & pay a fair amount of support. Without Matt, I would be financially devastated & barely allowed time with my child. His rates were fair and he deserved every penny paid to him. I can't stress enough the importance of professional legal representation and Matt is the best.

Everyone needs someone like Matt

Where do I begin? Matt was suggested to me from my employers legal services to help me in a case to help me see my little boy again. Matt is the type of attorney who will not sugar coat anything but will always be honest and straightforward on what options are available even in case where a lot of ci...rcumstances are against you from the get go. Matt is a go getter as in he will take the initiative after court hearings to make sure documentation and all legal paperwork is completed. Although my case isn’t closed as of yet, I absolutely have 100% trust in Matt to continue doing everything to fight for me. Matt is always on time for court hearings and is very quick to respond to claims from other parties. If you have a not so normal situation, trust when I say that Matt would be the attorney I would go to with no hesitation.

Highly recommended

Matt L. Frank is a great lawyer for bankruptcies in the Janesville & Beloit area if you are in need. Matt is no nonsense, to the point, and knows the ins and outs to steer you through the process. He was very available all throughout the process and was prompt in answering questions via email and p...hone. Finally, Matt is knowledgeable of those you will deal with during your bankruptcy (like trustees for example) and will be up front with you concerning your situation...highly recommended!

Trust Work

Matthew did some trust work for us. He did an excellent job, answered all our questions and put us at ease in the events of death, that we know our estate will be processed correctly. He helped us to organize all the critical documents, as we did not realize some were missing. Was very professional a...nd personable at the same time.

Highly Reccomended

I retained Matt to help me with issues as my father's POA and advice with issues of Individual at Risk. Matt was very attentive to my dads needs and was very helpful with the advice he gave. He always got back with me in a timely manner. I highly recommend Matt!
