Vincent was fantastic with my case. He is very respectful and treated me as an individual. Communication was top notch. Any time I needed to contact him for anything he was there. Attorney Vincent Hein was very instrumental in me getting Social Security Disability. He represented and presented my case well before the Judge and Disability Case Worker who in fact tried to flip flop my case from working full time into working a part time job which I could no longer partake under ...my current employment nor under any other circumstances because of my disability. The case didn’t look very good for me because of this case workers inability to see my disability clearly and was clearly aiming to put me back to work to fail at my job. Attorney Vincent Hein’s was able to overrule the case worker’s judgement against me that I was unable to return to my present employer either full time and/or part time or any time to perform all the duties I had done before getting sick and becoming disabled. He used specific and very detailed language in a letter to the judge that made the judge see that the caseworker was emphatically and unequivocally wrong in the way the caseworker tried to handle my case toward me not getting SSD. The judge agreed with Attorney Vincent Hein and awarded me Social Security Disability as I deserved. Attorney Vincent Hein is very knowledgeable and will fight and win your case as he did mine. He has great communication skills and will answer any questions you may have if you choose him to represent you and will work for you to see that your case will win. Mr. Hein was an extremely effective lawyer for my disability hearing. He is very thorough, communicates effectively and in a very timely manner. He answers any questions or concerns you have in an understanding way. He prepares you for any scenario that may come up during your hearing and instructs y...ou on the most helpful technique to answer any questions that may arise in a truthful but effective manner. He also treats you with respect and understanding and goes out of his way to address your concerns.
