In the context of a divorce case, the wife called the police and accused my client of committing domestic violence against her. We had a jury trial in the case and proved that her alleged injuries cou ... ld not have occurred the way she claimed. We also impeached her credibility by showing that she had the motivation to make a false allegation. The jury found my client not guilty in 10 minutes.
