Later, at the DMV hearing, I successfully argued for the dismissal of the case due to insufficient evidence. As a result of the favorable outcomes in both the criminal and administrative matters, my client will be able to regain his driving privileges in New York, which is crucial for his work. Had he pled guilty to the DWI or lost the administrative hearing, he would have faced permanent revocation of his license.
