Outstanding!

I can't say enough about how grateful and appreciative I am of the way Shauntelle guided me though my divorce. Shauntelle is knowledgeable, caring, kind, and empathetic. There were certain quirky aspects that popped up during the process, and no matter what the issue was, Shauntelle knew just how to ...respond. The entire process would have been much more stressful for me if Shauntelle hadn't been so knowledgeable and prompt in replying when I would think of a question and email it to her. I could always count on a reply no later than the first thing in the morning the next day, and often, she would reply the very same evening, even if it was a weekend. Her dedication to her profession and to helping others was evident throughout the entire two years that she was actively working on my case, as she often suggested ways to keep the cost down. It was also clear that Shauntelle had as a top priority, showing concern for what was in the best interests of my children in both the short term and the long term. When settlement proposals and counter-proposals were exchanged, she would ask me what was most important to me, always focusing on what would ultimately give me peace of mind, rather than focusing strictly on the money. To sum up this review, I'd just like to say that I always like to deal, both personally as well as professionally, with people who are thoughtful, intelligent, knowledgeable, kind and caring, and whom I can respect. Shauntelle Van Beek is one of the rare people who exemplifies all of these traits..

Thorough, compassionate, and firm

Atty. VanBeek was thorough, detail oriented, and a great problem solver. She understood the delicate balance of keeping my emotional responses in check while weighing my options for action. She is very amicable, presenting a firm but pleasant demeanor in court. Her experience and expertise allowed ...for her to provide plenty of well-informed options for me to choose from. I never felt overwhelmed, only supported. She is quite resourceful, and in my complicated divorce situation, she was able to assess it clearly, communicate clearly, and act with clarity.

Highly Recommend

Shauntelle is poised, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I had never been through a custody case, and the whole ordeal was emotionally exhausting. Shauntelle made sure I was prepared every step of the way, which eliminated the stress of the unknown. I was granted full custody of my dau...ghter, and we were able to leave the state. I can't say enough good things about her. She's worth every penny and I highly recommend her!

Smart and Heart

I interviewed 3 other lawyers before meeting with Shauntelle Van Beek, and it didn't take me long after talking with her to figure she was the right choice. From the start she had quick and confident fact filled responses that made me realize she knew what she was doing and didn't have to do research... to find the right or appropriate response. Throughout my case she responded extremely fast and if she was unavailable her staff got back to me just as fast. This is important because it shows that not only does she care about each individual case but she hired staff that does too. I was proud of how she conducted herself and represented me no matter how dirty the other side got she kept a cool head and guided me to make the right choice for me and my son. She works hard and is passionate about what she does. If you are looking for a lawyer that is in it for what is best for you and your family then look no further. Shauntelle does her best to keep cost at a minimum without sacrificing in your case. I recommend her to everyone I can and would use her in any future legal matter. She isn't just the best choice she is the right choice.
