Catherine M. Priebe

I hired Cathy Priebe to do my will. She was very quick to take my money, but never completed the will. Every time I tried to call she was very condescending on the phone, told me how busy she was, belittled me, or just never returned my phone calls. She always made it seem like it was my fault bec...ause I hadn't gotten information to her, even though I had numerous e-mail proving that I had indeed sent her the information. I kept re-sending the same information, with her secretary confirming that Cathy had received them. After 2+ years I gave up on calling. It still infuriates me that she took thousands of dollars from me and never produced a will. I have never met a so called "professional" person that treated people as badly as she does.

As a professional (doctor), I take my financial security seriously, and Catherine's estate plan was thorough but individualized, and Catherine herself was professional, accessible, and personable. The cost was very reasonable considering the peace-of-mind a comprehensive estate plan offers, and comp...ared with other ACTEC attorneys (as recommended by my financial advisor) I had researched. I would recommend Catherine without reservation!
