I have handled thousands of cases through my former employment as a criminal prosecutor for the State of Wisconsin and my current position litigating civil claims for our firm's clients. My legal practice currently involves real estate litigation, business lawsuits and other corporate litigation, representing banks, credit unions and other financial institutions, and resolving disputes from all facets of the construction industry, in addition to just general litigation work.

I currently represent banks, credit unions and other financial institutions with regard to all areas of banking law from documenting loans and drafting agreements to workouts and foreclosures in both the consumer and commercial settings.

I have worked with clients to resolve over a hundred disputes involving real estate transactions, boundary lines, liens and other encumbrances on title to property, adverse possession, condominium associations and water rights.

I have handled cases from all facets of the construction industry including large-scale development, commercial construction, residential building, remodeling and home improvement work, and the trades such as carpentry, roofing, plumbing, electricians, window suppliers, HVAC and landscaping.
