sears vs schroeder

good work... got entitled money back for bad service from sears that left me with a blown transmission. Thomas stood by his work and investigation and did a good job on keeping us informed with the process on the claim that he was handeling for me and my wife. it was settled out of court , and we we...re happy with the end results. thanks Thomas!!!
