Michael S. Winter

I created my firm with one goal in mind: to help everyday people and business owners solve any legal problems and issues that they may face.  My office is a full-service practice to help clients, their friends, and families.  I value all of the relationships I have built over my many years of serving the people of Southern Wisconsin.

I am an experienced attorney with over 39 years of experience in private practice in Wisconsin.  I have helped clients with a wide range of legal issues.  I have successfully helped clients achieve their  goals in Family Law, Criminal and Traffic Defense, and litigation in commercial and probate cases.  

I also help people and business and real estate  owners solve their financial problems by way of collection, foreclosure defense, bankruptcy, both Chapter 7 and Chapter 13, and eviction.

I can also help with estate planning, home and business purchases and sales, and personal injury, along with guardianship issues.

You may ask, how can one person do all of this, and do it well? It is from my many years of experience in Wisconsin Law, having dealt with these areas of law multiple times.  

As a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelors' Degree in Finance, and a Law Degree, I feel privileged to serve our community, and look forward to helping you and your family.
