Green card application GRANTED!

Dav has helped me and my family through multiple immigration cases, both emergency and non-emergency ones. He always returns my calls and emails within the same or 1 business day. Dav and his staff treat us like humans, instead of criminals. I would 1000 percent call him as the top immigration lawyer... in the country.

Thankful we found him!

My wife had a complex case, and very little time to prepare for her 10 yr Green Card after having divorced her first husband. Mr. Odrcic was able to put together a thorough statement including references in a matter of a few days in order to submit the necessary paperwork in time. He knew exactly wha...t to do and offered sincere advise and encouragement throughout the entire process. When going to the interview other lawyers came up to him to ask for his advice. The best part of the overall experience beside my wife being granted her green card was how caring he is. He always followed up with us and showed that he truly cared about our situation. We highly recommend Mr. Odrcic to anyone looking for the best possible representation.

Client Testimonial

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to you Mr. Odrcic. Thank you Mr. Odrcic for taking my immigration case, for your guidance, recommendations, and explaining to me the step-by-step the process. Your professionalism, integrity, and knowledge about immigration laws exceeded all my expecta...tions. I was a lawful U.S. permanent resident for more than five years. I was ready and eager to become a U.S. Citizen. I gathered all my documents and I created a binder with all the requirements needed to apply for citizenship. I went to a non-profit organization to review my application and support documents. The lady started asking me some questions but when she asked if I have been arrested during those five years, I said, “Yes.” I was arrested and charged with my first OWI on 08/2017. The lady very politely told me that I cannot apply now due to my arrest because it did not represent good moral character behaviors. I was very confused and sad. I thought that I needed to wait five more years before I could apply again. The lady recommended me to hire a lawyer and provided me with a list of lawyers. I called all the lawyers from the list. I selected you Mr. Odrcic, based on your experience in solving difficult immigration cases and the reviews on your website. Mr. Odrcic, thank you for taking the time to critically analyze the police report, application for U.S. Citizenship, and supporting documents. You were very honest with me by explaining in a clear and effective way the risk of having an immigration officer that could deny my application due to my first OWI. You were very optimistic about my case due to my extenuating circumstances regarding my first OWI. I confessed to be nervous about the entire process because of my first OWI but I was blessed to have the opportunity to meet you because you made this complex process so simple and stress-free at a very reasonable price. Mr. Odrcic, you proved to be one of the most positive, competent, caring, and genuine immigration lawyers. I admire your professionalism and perseverance in my case. I appreciate your timely responses to my calls, emails, and answers to all of my questions. I will highly recommend your law firm to anyone that is in need of a dedicated and hardworking immigration lawyer. Mr. Odrcic, you are a very competent lawyer that enjoys taking challenging and complex immigration cases. Best Regards, A. Rodriguez

The best lawyer i have ever met!

I was very disappointed about my immigration case, my wife's petition for my green card was denied, my current immigration lawyer gave up on me because of her lack of knowledge and experience. it looks like my 20 years in the USA was coming to an end literately. the only thing I asked God was to find... the best lawyer to fight my case cause only the best lawyer could help me. I found Lawyer Davorin Odrcic on the internet so i gave him a try. the only thing I can say after that was Thank God you heard me. Lawyer Davorin was so professional, knowledgeable, and experienced. he responded to the intent of deny notice against me.His response was very detailed, 180 pages of information that contained: reasons, analysis, laws, etc. He gave me so much confidence in it. We sent this response in time and one week later i got my green card. Awesome!!!. His staff was wonderful also. they make you feel comfortable, kept me informed of every step or news that the lawyer did. They speak spanish also!! It is a plus! thanks lawyer Davorin you were awesome in my case.

"Attorney Odrcic is a great person in addition to having earned his professional reputation as a stellar immigration attorney. Attorney Odrcic provided excellent and very important counseling on the immigration consequences of criminal convictions and potential sentences in a case I had taken on and is the author of a book on the subject which I purchased soon afterward. Attorney Odrcic is the attorney for you if you're addressing immigration issues complicated by criminal convictions or pending charges."
