A nightmare that doesn’t end. Never was explained by anyone st the firm on how anything works with a SSD hearing. Never met her until a 20 min. Meeting. Never reviewed evidence. Asked how I would know if they received everything, was told there was 1800 pg.s I never received a copy of my rescission. ...Somehow got lost. But shaheed called to tell me it was denied. She sent me a copy a yr. later. SSD found me disabled but because Jillian never had me fill out a new FCF the judge went off an original one that I filled out in 2015 when I couldn’t work any longer. My health declined so rapidly , that that form wasn’t even current 2 months after it was filled out. I was denied under the basis that even though the drs. Found me disabled and so did the judge they were confused by the the old capacity form that indicated that I was able to due things that I stated I couldn’t. When retanded, apparently they have u fill out a new FCF. She didn’t. She never received any of the dr.s notes that were sent in to social security. As it showed multiple documents that were the same . She didn’t due anything to prepare for my hearing. I lost 4 yrs. of fighting to an atty. who didn’t care. This is a repeat of the new case she filed on my behalf which came a year later. A case worker wasn’t even in contact before the case was up for review. They hurt my case so bad it’s near repairable! No empathy. Where is the justice?
