Complainant filed a UDRP proceeding with WIPO in an attempt to obtain the domain name of our client - a domain name they had been using for over 6 years. After receipt of our response, which not only s ... et forth the argument in response to the complaint, but also alleged fraud and abuse of the UDRP in their filing of the complaint, complainant rapidly dropped the proceeding.
