Anne W. Reed

As a trial lawyer herself and as a jury consultant to other lawyers, Anne Reed works primarily in business disputes of all kinds, for a wide range of business and corporate clients including manufacturers, sales and distribution organizations, buyers and sellers of businesses, employee benefit plans and their fiduciaries, and financial professionals.

Both in jury consulting and in her own diverse trial work, the connecting focus is trial presentation and strategy. Using Reinhart's state-of-the-art courtroom, the Trial Science Institute, Anne designs and conducts mock trials to help clients see their disputes through jurors' eyes. Her work has included patent, trademark, antitrust, false advertising, employment discrimination, unfair competition, and business fraud cases. She writes about juries and jury trials at her blog, Deliberations (), and at the Wisconsin Law Journal.

In the community, Anne serves on the Board of Directors of Meta House, a nationally recognized treatment center, providing substance abuse and alcohol treatment to women. She also represents clients on a pro bono basis before municipal courts as part of the Reinhart Pro Bono Project.
