Jan Scott Pierce

We have worked with Jan Pierce both within the context of a non-profit charitable organization that my wife is on the board of, as well as for the purchase of our current home. He provided excellent legal counsel and assistance right through closing of the home and beyond. He was there through offers... on three separate properties and helped us navigate the sometimes challenging aspects of home purchase. His fees were reasonable and he was readily available via email or telephone. I have since recommended him to several friends and acquaintances, who have had similar wonderful experiences.

I came to Jan to help me negotiate a new retail shop lease for my business, after 4 years I was expanding and faced a lengthy lease that was well out of my realm of experience.
