My father past away 3 years ago and I do not know if he had a will or life insurance. How would i find that information out?

You could start by checking with the probate court in the county where he passed away or where he was buried.

Have you tried talking with the adjuster’s manager/supervisor? The other alternative is to call the adjuster every day and ask about the check....
