Sheila L. Shadman Emerson

Sheila is an attorney at Halloin Law Group, S.C., licensed in both Illinois and Wisconsin. Her practice focuses on business, construction, and real estate litigation, and insurance recovery.

Sheila has achieved notable success advocating on behalf of her clients who are dealing with highly complex, pressing legal challenges. At all turns, she delivers the personalized attention her clients deserve while working aggressively to help them obtain the favorable results they expect for their legal matters as efficiently and cost-effectively as possible.

While attending Marquette University Law School, Sheila participated in the Street Law Program, in which she taught high school students substantive law and led her class to victory at a citywide mock trial competition in Milwaukee. Sheila then served as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the Marquette University Law School, where she was as a Director of the Street Law Program for ten years.

Sheila has been selected by Super Lawyers to the 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023 Wisconsin Rising Stars list. Super Lawyers, part of Thomson Reuters, honors attorneys who exhibit excellence in the practice of law. Every year, attorneys are selected through a multiphase process based on nominations, independent research and peer evaluations.
