Patrick Ryan Campbell

Patrick Campbell serves as an Associate at Gimbel, Reilly, Guerin & Brown, LLP, based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. His legal background includes a focus on criminal defense across municipal, state, and federal courts.

During his time at the University of Wisconsin Law School, Patrick cultivated a passion for criminal law, particularly in defense work. He gained valuable experience as a law clerk for Judge Ralph Ramirez in Waukesha County Circuit Court and participated in the Prosecution Project Clinic, interning with the Portage County District Attorney’s Office. After earning his law degree, Patrick began his career as an Assistant District Attorney, first in Sheboygan County and later in Waukesha County.

Patrick later transitioned to defense work, handling a wide variety of felony and misdemeanor cases in Milwaukee and Madison. His first jury trial as a defense attorney, an OWI case, resulted in a swift 15-minute acquittal. Prior to this, he prosecuted numerous cases, including OWI, arson, armed robbery, and other serious offenses. Patrick is deeply dedicated to advocating for his clients and strives to secure the best possible outcomes in every case. In 2024, he was recognized as a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers magazine.

Beyond his legal practice, Patrick contributes to the community as a Board Member for CelticMKE, the organization behind Milwaukee's annual Irish Fest. In his free time, he enjoys exploring Milwaukee County’s parks and breweries with his fiancée, Lorien.
