Biography
Michael Mather is an associate member of the firm’s Litigation Practice Group in Milwaukee and has been with the firm since 2012. Mike’s practice includes a wide variety of matters arising from non-competition agreements, trade secrets disputes, financial services, commercial foreclosures, trusts and estates, products liability, toxic tort, and other complex business litigation. Mike has experience litigating matters in state and federal court and is admitted to practice before the Eastern and Western District of Wisconsin.
While in law school Michael served as a legal intern in the Civil Litigation Unit of the Wisconsin Department of Justice where he handled prisoner civil rights matters.
Mike stays active in the legal community through his particiation in the Young Lawyers Division of the Milwaukee Bar Association and Inns of Court. Mike is also the Co-Chair of the Wisconisn High School Mock Trial program.
