Mark Joel Goldstein

Mr. Goldstein has handled employment cases involving harassment/discrimination, employment contracts, whistleblowing, wrongful termination, retaliation, handbooks, non-compete agreements, electronic and privacy issues, independent contractors, wage and hour issues, worker's compensation, and unemployment compensation. Mr. Goldstein has handled labor cases involving discipline, discharge, reclassification of positions, outsourcing, negotiations, strikes, salting, and pension issues.
