Successfully sold, in about two months, an airplane hangar door manufacturer as a going concern for significantly more than liquidation value.

Negotiated plan ensuring that all unencumbered assets were preserved in Trust for unsecured creditors.

In re CU Fleet LLC, Case No. 2009CV007370 (Milwaukee County)
