Biography
I take a personal approach to my practice. I want to understand my clients’ business goals and take steps to help them achieve these goals. I am a pragmatic problem-solver who partners with my clients to arrive at the best resolution of a current legal or business issue, or to pre-emptively solve a future issue. I am responsive and available to my clients at all times.
I have extensive experience in real estate development, finance and commercial leasing on a local and national level. I represent some of the largest commercial real estate lenders in Wisconsin on complicated financing transactions. I also represent Milwaukee-based, urban developers in non-traditional transactions involving tax credits, incentive programs and community involvement which combine my skills in the areas of development, finance and leasing.
I am very fond of Milwaukee and Wisconsin. I sit on the Board of Radio Milwaukee (88.9 FM) which allows me to combine my business accumen with my love of music and the community.
