I highlight this case as it is typical of a complaint I hear from many clients that leave a former attorney and then come to me. Many clients tell me that their former lawyer did not listen to them. ... They tell me that there former lawyer did not care about them or their story of innocence. Once I am involved the memory of that uncaring lawyer disolves as I get to work on your case. In this case, I was able to show the ADA that my client had a valid self defense claim. Thus, we were able to settle the case with a non-criminal conviction.

A hearing impaired Juror caused a mistrial as he could not fully hear all the testimony. Client was charged with choking his girlfriend. I was able to show at trial that the State lacked any evidence ... of a crime. Eventually, Defense was able to get the case dismissed. Sadly, innocent people are sometimes falsely charged. My client was innocent and so I was glad I could help.
