Christopher R. Little

Christopher "Chal" R. Little is an attorney in Meissner Tierney’s transactional practice group. He serves a variety of business entities and provides advice relating to business formation, business transactions, securities offerings, taxation, and compliance with state and federal regulations.

Prior to joining the firm, Chal served as Law Clerk for the Wisconsin Bar Association and contributed to the pension fund fiduciary research of Professor Christopher Merker, Professor Nadelle Grossman, and Professor Sarah Peck for Marquette University Law School. Chal also spent a summer in Washington, D.C. serving as a Summer Honors Intern with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in the Office of Compliance Inspections and Examinations. At Marquette University Law School, he served as member of the Academic Success Program, the Moot Court Executive Board, the Business Law Association, and served as the Student Liaison to the Wisconsin Bar Association Appellate Practice Section.
