I provide a personal and customized approach to my clients.  I understand that each client's needs are different and take pride in assisting her clients.  I focus my practice on corporate law and estate planning.

 I counsel business owners in all stages in their development, including formation, growth and exit strategies. I prepare and negotiate commercial contracts such as nondisclosure agreements, confidentiality agreements and employment agreements. I advise buyers and sellers in acquisitions and dispositions.  In 2012, I assisted in the sale of a company that was a finalist for Mergers and Acquisitions Deal of the Year (between $50mm and $100mm) and a finalist for Industrial Manufacturing/Distribution Deal of the Year (between $50mm and $100mm) by M&A Advisors.  

My estate planning experience includes wealth preservation strategies for individuals and business owners. I prepare estate plans for my lients, including wills, revocable trusts, healthcare power of attorneys, and financial power of attorneys. Additionally, I focus my estate planning practice in special needs planning. I am the recipient of Milwaukee Magazine’s 5-Star Estate Planning Award for 2014.
