Replied last May 24, 2017As the person submitting this review used a name of someone I have not represented in the past, I cannot comment on the specifics of this review. I can say that on rare occasions attorneys need to withdraw from representation for a variety of reasons, and in my line of work, litigation, when that occurs, the client can ask the judge to deny the request to withdraw and the judge has to make a finding that the client will not be prejudiced by the withdrawal. I can also state that I have full confidence in all of the attorneys that work here and none of them are "fresh out of law school." Regardless, when a client has made a specific request that I personally handle a specific task or issue in a case I do my best to accommodate that request. I hope that the other reviews on this site are also reviewed by anyone reading this and that a single review where the reviewer is using a false identity does not sway your opinion.
