Benjamin Taylor Kurten

Ben has more than 16 years of immigration law experience and represents both large and small clients across the country in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, health care, financial services, technology, entertainment, consumer goods and agriculture. His work includes assisting clients with navigating the immigration regulations to be able to employ foreign-born talent as well as with developing, implementing and executing organizational objectives, policies and procedures to ensure compliance with U.S. immigration regulations. Ben has successfully argued cases before the Executive Office of the Immigration Judge, Board of Immigrations Appeals and the Administrative Appeals Office.

In addition, Ben is a frequent speaker and panelist on the topic of immigration and regularly presents at industry events. He travels to Washington D.C. regularly to advocate for favorable immigration legislation.
