Daniel R. Schoshinski

I have consulted with Dan on many occasions throughout my long workers comp battle. Unfortunately I was unable to retain him due to me having a very incompetent lawyer on my case, but I'll save that for his profile. Back to Dan, he is very knowledgeable about the system and gives very sound advice ...and makes you feel confident about your case, and most important makes you feel at ease with discussing things with him without feeling rushed or that you're asking dumb questions. He took time out of his day for face to face meetings with me and I really appreciate that. Thanks a lot Dan I hate that I didn't come to you first but I definitely would advise anyone else if they're in a workers comp situation.
