Kurt deserves to have an All Star status for his rating! Kurt is one of the most experienced attorneys I have ever spoken with. He knows his law better than any firm in these practice areas. He is also one of the most down to earth people you’d ever meet. He just tells it like it is with getting to t...he point. He does not put up with nonsense and will treat you like you’re the #1 client. With my current situation; this is the individual I was looking for. He took the time to process what I had spoken to him on and my concerns. I have never had a better consultation with someone. He showed concern and appreciated me reaching out to him. This guy works around all hours of the clock and does not stop. I would highly recommend Schuster Law to anyone needing assistance in their family law case. Positive side is Kurt knew the Waukesha county court house inside and out and helped gain a footing in finding the right social worker for the child custody battle during my divorce. He is knowledgeable in rules of the engagement for the child custody dispute. The downside is for the divorce, at som...e point I wasn't sure he actually worked for me and he wasn't fighting all that hard financially for me. He talks a lot, not always about my case, and charged me for it. He did not remember the details of my case, every time we meet, I had to recap what had happened before, my bill ran twice or three times as high due to his poor organizational skills or bad memory. Yes, like the other review was saying, he came across as a bigot and just not a trustworthy person. I was glad I didn't have to deal with him any more when it was all over. I would not recommend him. I often times wondered how this bloke ended up being a lawyer and managed to stay in practice for this many years.
