Robert M. Koch

ROBERT M. KOCH is an attorney located in New Berlin, in Waukesha County, who practices in the areas of estate planning, trust and estate administration, corporate and real estate law. Mr. Koch’s practice services clients throughout southeastern Wisconsin. Mr. Koch speaks before civic groups on estate and business planning, trust and estate administration, real estate and related topics. He has been a frequent guest on WISN radio’s “Money Sense” and has written several articles on topics concerning real estate and estate and financial planning.  He received his B.A. degree in economics, with honors, from the University of Arizona and his law degree from the University of Wisconsin. He is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Eastern and Western federal district courts, and the Wisconsin Bar Association’s Elder Law, Real Property, Probate and Trust Law sections. Mr. Koch is 61 years of age and has been in practice since 1979. He is also a licensed investment advisor representative with Red Oak Advisors, Inc., a firm providing financial and retirement planning and investment advisory services. He is married to Linda, the President of Red Oak Advisors, Inc., has two adult children, Jennifer, who also works for Red Oak Advisors, Inc. and Jeffrey, an account executive for Chambers & Owen, Inc., and three grandchildren.
