Walter W. Stern III

Mr stern will make you feel that you matter a lot to him and will make you feel that you are in good hands and will strive very hard for the anticipated result wich is a win and he is a winner Such a gentleman. All class seriously. He went above and beyond to resolve my case which you did I apprecia...te Him. He is like a legend.

I live in Mt. Pleasant Wisc. and decided to run for Trustee . I submitted my nomination papers and then that next meeting of the public board, in which the public has 3 mins to talk. i was going to state my opinion on an issued. i was told I could not speak, because I turned in my nomination papers... . It was an ordinance. This violated my freedom of speak. the First Amendment.Walter helped over turn this. The person who told my I could not speak, Mr. Degroot is now President in Mt. Pleasant of the trustees. Unreal. At least citizens can speak . thanks only to Walter. Note: this was on the books for 13 yrs.

In life when in the business world you’re three most important professional people you need to trust are Account, Partner’s, and Attorney. With that said I was unable to succeed this when owning my own company. After 12 years I meet this very quite humble man named Walter for two years he would c...ame in to the golf shop purchase a 55 ball pyramid stacker (golf balls) at our golf range. He moves to his favorite station to start his practice. It was not until the third year someone had informed me he was a layer. By then we were already friends. One doesn’t not judge or ask question when you’re at a places to relax and enjoin and to forget about work. If he had chosen to tell me what his profession was up to him. One day I started to throw away all documents form a court case I had lost over 10 years ago, and came across some important documents. Not knowing if they were still valid put them to the side. Next time I saw Walter I’ll ask if these documents are still enforceable. Long story short Walter informed me that they were valid. So if God sent me an angle his name was Walter W. Stern. He was able to take my case back to court after 10 years, and won a settlement. He put closures to a very nasty court case that was very costly, that involved friends and family to rest. I can highly recommend this sincere, honest, trustworthy and honorable person as an attorney, as I’m sure many of his client’s would do same.

Walter is not your typical lawyer. The man has a heart. He is a fantastic attorney. He really knows all about law. He is a humble man though and you may wonder is he is good your first meeting.
