I used Sweet & Maier for closing on a cottage purchased in Wisconsin. The cottage was owned by an individual with a clear title and I was purchasing with cash, so no Real Estate Agent or mortgage was needed to complete the sale. All that was needed was a Title Search and selling contract and a titl...e transferred and filing. The former owner had used Sweet and Maier on the prior like transaction so they were already fully aware of property and the circumstances for finalizing the transaction. They provided me with a quote for the completion of the transaction and honored that price for all that was needed to be done. Recently, I worked with their office to set up an immediate transfer of title to the same cottage to relatives, to avoid Probate, should something happen to my wife and I. They are great people to work with and I will use them again for any future requirements I may have on my Wisconsin property. I highly recommend them.
