Incompetent

She will take your money and give you a good talk but than good luck getting a hold of her. She forwards her calls to her cell or office so when you call you get her mailbox is full and you can not leave a message. She does not draft any of the motions that she is required to do by the judges. I p...ersonally after months of not getting the signed motions from the courts had to contact the clerks and find out that it wasn't done on her part! Not just one motion but 3 now. The motions can not be an order of the court until they are signed by the judge. She never had my ex served so another court date was set. This time she put the papers in his front door not even giving them to him personally. She did so only 2 days before court. You have to be served 5 days prior to the date. Once again court was rescheduled. Then there was a comtemp hearing and she was to have him served with papers requesting his financial information. Once again she failed to send the papers. I was granted the money he owed me within a specific time. That time has come and I just found out from the clerk she failed to file the motion! I'm not sure when I will get my money from him. I tried to release her from the case after the first incident but had a heart to heart with her and gave her a second chance. I shouldn't have. I requested a bill and she has yet to give me one. I have no idea what she has charged me for?? I was told to by another one of her clients to get out why I could and I'm sorry I didn't listen!
