Although Erika has experience in family court she has a very limited knowledge and experience of criminal law. I could not have been more dissatisfied with the criminal defense I received, and not just her defense but lack of basic respect. Payment was, in my opinion, her top priority. After reta...ining her services the first thing she does is have you sign a contract that obligates you to pay her no matter her performance. As a result she has no motivation to do the best job possible. From her inability to simply return phone calls to general lack of professionalism. I would never choose to have her represent me again EVER. If you do choose her to defend you ask questions. What similar cases have you won? Have you passed the bar exam?
