TM was charged with driving with a suspended license. This was not his first suspended license charge. TM got his license reinstated after this arrest and before his Court appearance. After negotiat ... ions with the prosecutor, TM was able to finalize his case in a way that would not suspend his driver's license again. But, the Department of Driver's Services did suspend his driver's license in direct contradiction of Georgia law and authority. Following communications with the Court and the DDS, the improper suspension was ultimately reversed. TM now has a valid license.
