Attn. TeWinkle - a Vigilant, Informed and, Ultimately, a Successful Legal Representative

Bill represented my sister and I following the death of my mother in a no-fault automobile accident of which I was a passenger and her the driver. On a contingency basis, Bill pursued our case against a large insurance company for damages owed in respect to this accident. Our case was rejected throug...h appeals and Bill offered to submit the case to the Wisconsin State Supreme Court for review. The Justices there found merit in the case and agreed to hear arguments. Bill successfully argued our case there after approximately 6 years of litigation. Clearly Bill is a first-class litigator and brought some closure to what had been, because of a slow legal system, a long, drawn-out and emotionally trying process. He and his staff were continually responsive to questions and concerns that my sister and I shared. He was, upon prompting, willing to simplify more confusing and/or technical aspects of our case and its journey through the state legal system. He also seemed to work on a very professional basis with another excellent lawyer representing me in a related matter. Not only did he provide quality service throughout the entire process, but he also provided appreciated and important advice to us following the resolution of our case even though he had no obligation to do this.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
