Herbert Conrad Humke

I contacted Mr . Humke on a Wednesday to review my case, he said he would call back the following day,he still hadn't called by Monday so I e-mailed him, He did call later that day, left a voicemail, when I returned the call, he was unavailable,thid being 3 days later and still no word. His communic...ation skills are lacking.. Big mistake.

My husband hired this attorney because he believed he had the reputation of his father, not the case. He was interested in us in the beginning but that changed during the process. He waited until the last moment to do things which he told us he was going to do the day we met with him,which we have i...n writing. This caused us to have to file for extensions which we feel we should not have been charged for since they were his mistakes. This happened more than once. He would not return calls, and made us feel as though we were not important clients. We asked for monthly statements, it took many months of asking before we received any. I would not recommend him .

We hired Herbert Humke because when we met with him he gave the impression he would handle our case well. We had other people recommend him, but, I think they were referring to his father. Herbert was terrible! He would not return our calls, did not address issues, and the only way we could get hi...s attention was to make an appointment and pay $250.00 an hour! We had a court date that he showed up for 45 minutes late. He gave me a form that my ex-wives lawyer had drawn up and said sign it. I reviewed it and found several things that had to be changed. I would not recommend Herbert for any services! He is terrible!
