I paid Mr. Mutschler $5000 to represent me and I have left messages for months now and he doesn't return my calls, he refunded me money for not representing me correctly (which took him over a month to send) and the check bounced, he is the most impossible person to get ahold of to ask any simple que...stion. He said that he filed paperwork with the court house, I had another attorney check and all the information he has given me is lies. I am in the process of turning him in for unethical behavior and trying to get a refund. Don't waste your money or your time, there are quality lawyers out there and he is not one of them!
