Biography
I am a native of Wisconsin who received a bachelor's degree from UW-Madison and then a law degree from the University of Oregon School of Law in Eugene, Oregon. Immediately after graduating from law school I moved to Milwaukee, Wisconsin to begin my law career, I fortunately have been with the same firm for over 30 years yet since 2005 have been the majority owner of the firm. The firm has offices in Sheboygan and Plymouth, Wisconsin. Since 2005 I have lived in Sheboygan county with my family. I have a wide ranging career with a vast array of cases to work upon in practically all fields of law. In 1998 I was an attorney with several others that successfully prevailed in the US Supreme Court in a case involving the State of Minnesota.
My emphasis of practice areas has been and continues to be workers compensation, family law, civil litigation, criminal (appellate), bankruptcy, family law, simple wills and probate proceedings, personal injury, landlord-tenant, small claims actions, and small business formations.
I am very fair with my billing practices and do not needlessly run up bill against my clients. I will be very straightforward with a client about the cost which can be tailored to the specifics of the case and ability to pay, Contingent fee agreements are also utilized. For example a workers compensation case would involved a fee agreement of 20% (fee does not apply to medical bills).
Finally I am licensed in both the State of Wisconsin and State of Illinois. My main office is based in Sheboygan, Wisconsin.

No Backbone
He was my lawyer, but he quit in the middle of my case. He did not represent my interest. He only want money for getting no results. He does not have the knowledge or courage to stand up. He is like a public defender. Do not waste your money.
