Erin K. Fay

Erin Fay is a 2003 graduate of Marquette University Law School. She was an executive editor of the Marquette Law School Law Review and a member of the Student Bar Association. Erin graduated from the University of Iowa in 1999 with a bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering. She is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the United States Eastern District of Wisconsin, the United States Western District of Wisconsin, the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals. She is a member of the Milwaukee Bar Association and the Waukesha County Bar Association. Erin is also a registered patent attorney.

Erin focuses her practice on “non-criminal” work. She helps families with issues from school age through old age—school suspensions and expulsions, guardianships, premarital agreements, real estate, estate planning, and probate, among other matters. She also advocates for small business owners for setting up business associations, to operating agreements, contract negotiations, leasing, and intellectual property matters such as trademark and licensing.  Finally, Erin is very active in representing LGBT rights, including same sex adoption, marriage equality, and insurance disputes.
