Michael Dan Kaiser

Michael D. Kaiser graduated Cum Laude from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 2003. His practice includes estate planning and assisting clients after the death of a loved one. Services include drafting wills, revocable trusts, powers of attorney, marital property agreements, probate, and trust administration.

Mike graduated from Arrowhead High School and went on to earn a B.S. degree in engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. After working for more than three years at General Electric Medical Systems (now GE HealthCare), he left to attend law school. After obtaining his law degree, Mike worked alongside his father, Attorney Louis D. Kaiser, and in 2012, partnered with Attorney Lisa Holahan.

Mike is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Waukesha County Bar Association, the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law, and the Elder Law Sections of the Wisconsin State Bar. Mike is also a member of the Waukesha County Estate Planning Council and served on the Waukesha County Bench Bar committee.

In the community, Mike served as president and was a member of the Hartland Lake Country Rotary club for more than 20 years. He also served on the board of Your Choice-Live, a local non-profit focused on drug abuse prevention and education and was a corporate member at Lutheran Homes of Oconomowoc. Mike served as an attorney-coach for the Arrowhead High School Mock Trial Team for five years.

Mike, who grew up in Hartland, met his wife in high school, and has two sons and a daughter. He is proud to carry on the tradition as a third-generation attorney in his family, serving clients in the Lake Country and beyond.
