A listener and a leader

We interviewed, and ultimately hired, Bruce Lanser based on his online reviews so feel compelled to positively contribute to this process. Bruce knew exactly what needed to be done and when, and he communicated it to us in a meticulous, organized manner. We felt he was an honest person without any... hidden agendas or fees. We also felt his experience as a trustee of the bankruptcy court lent another layer of expertise to his counseling. Filing for bankruptcy was anything but an easy decision for us. We interviewed several other attorneys who were quick to tell us “not to worry” or essentially “sign here today, we’ll take care of the rest.” With Bruce we got details, not generalizations. He was patient with us as we repeatedly contacted him with additional questions before ultimately hiring him. Once hired, Bruce remained a patient listener since we are the type of people who wanted/needed no surprises. We never felt there was anything we could not ask. He always gave us his honest assessment of things such as our chances of being granted a positive decision. You want and need to understand, and be mentally prepared for, this process that you are going through. You don’t want to feel like just another stack of papers. Although it was an arduous process, Bruce provided the leadership to move successfully and smoothly through it. He was also very accommodating with my husband’s disabilities. With Bruce, we felt understood. We felt we had an advocate for our family. We felt confident having him on our side. Lisa was always very helpful, as well as organized and clear about papers that needed our action or attention. They both helped make a scary, unknown situation easier.

Concise AND compassionate!

My husband and I can not say enough good things about Attorney Lancer. Bankruptcy is a difficult process, but he made it understandable and manageable. He is concise, efficient, thorough, and compassionate. If we could give him 10 stars, we would.

Smooth experience

I want to highly recommend Mr. Lanser as bankruptcy attorney. The process requires time, and a knowledgeable attorney, such as Bruce Lanser. When I began my bankruptcy proceedings I spoke with another attorney and because of a unique situation they declined to take my case. Mr. Lanser explained ever...ything to my so that I understood and told me what could happen, and I felt comfortable with his explanations that I hired him at the end of the initial consultation. My bankruptcy discharge was recently granted.

No questions on who you should go to

Let me first start off by saying that I am extremely thankful for Bruce and his team and how amazing they are. I went in for a consultation about my finance and options I had to deal with it. Bruce was clear and made sure I understood all my options. I decided to go through with bankruptcy and Br...uce sent me everything I needed to get started. I completed everything and sent it back, he kept in touch with me through email and always updated me on what information he needed next. He updated me every step of the way and always was there for any questions I may of had. He told me how the court appearance was going to be like and helped me to understand any question that was going to be asked. For my final words, I would like to say how professional and efficient his team is. They made this whole process go smoothly and I can't thank them enough for it. I thought this process was going to take longer and be so much more stressful but Bruce and his team made it where I never had to stress and that helped me through it. Bruce is a true professional and I would recommend him to anyone who is dealing with debt. He knows his information and gets the job done quickly so you don't have to worry. Thank you Bruce and your team!!

Small Business Failed - Personal Bankruptcy

Bruce is very knowledgeable about bankruptcy. My case was quite complicated and he explained the process and guided me in the best way to handle my case. The process went smoothly and Bruce communicated next steps in detail which gave me comfort that I was in good hands.
