Bethany Canfield provided an initial consultation regarding the purpose and benefits of Estate Planning. My wife and I decided to move forward and utilize her services. She provided an excellent estate planning organizing document that we completed which helped identify all our assets and key people...s' information. All this expedited the document creation process. Once we received the initial drafts, she made herself available to answer any of our questions and resolved all of our concerns. The final documents were updated in advance for our review, were signed at her office a few days later, and we had our completed estate plan and documents that day. All of her services were for a set cost which she disclosed during our first consultation. Bethany also discussed our estate plan with our financial advisor (zoom meeting which included my wife and me) to ensure he understood our estate desires and to minimize tax consequences to our heirs. She is very knowledgeable in estate planning, very efficient in getting through the whole process, and does it at a reasonable cost. I would highly recommend Bethany for your Estate Planning needs.

Bethany showed her expertise and professionalism from the first consultation to the completion of our estate plan. She clearly explained everything about the process and sought our feedback on what we wanted the end result to be. She asked questions along the way to make sure we understood and agre...ed to what she was proposing. When the plan was completed, she walked us through everything and helped us set up the action plan, which she called homework, to help us fund the trust we had set up. She followed up with an email to let us know that we should contact her with any questions we might have. Great experience.

Bethany helped us with out estate planning. The first meeting was overwhelming, but she answered any questions we had. With our next meeting she had all the paperwork for us to sign and thoroughly went through it all while we signed. Within a little over a week we received our binder with all the ...paperwork.
