Biography
I have been practicing divorce and family law exclusively since 1985. I provide services in negotiation, collaborative practice, mediation and litigation in court. I have extensive experience with complex custody cases, including those involving addictions, mental health issues and domestic violence (including defense against false allegations). I also provide legal assistance with divorces involving family or closely-held businesses and executive compensation.
I have been appointed regularly to act as Gaurdian ad Litem in family court to act on behalf of the best interests of the children. My volunteer service includes working with the Family Law Assistance Project to provide help with the family court process.
