My client is a small but highly regarded consulting company skilled in providing mission critical strategy, architecture, implementation, and development services for Fortune 200 companies. Due to the ... ir success and rapid growth, my client had continued to use a vastly outdated services agreement with conflicting commercial terms creating unnecessary risk for each project. I drafted a complete master services agreement incorporating appropriate risk strategies as well as dispute escalation and management provisions (among others). My client now uses the new agreement to limit risk, increase profitability and (importantly) now presents a high level of business maturity to their Fortune 200 clients.
