Where do I start? I had gone through 2 lawyers previously and had lost faith in ever finding a lawyer that would listen to me and help me. I had resorted to going Pro Se and all the stress that it brought on. I found Tricia through a friend and after my first meeting with her felt like she may be the... one to help me with my case. She is an exceptional and highly skilled litigator and I feel that the commissioner that heard the case and the GAL respected her and her abilities. My previous lawyers paled in comparison to her in the courtroom. Tricia’s courtroom presence and skills were very impressive. Tricia never promised anything she couldn't deliver on and let the facts in the case determine the outcome. She always told me that "you can't control free will of the courts" but she will definitely defend you fiercely and fight for what is right. The case cost me more than her initial estimate but that wasn't due to her low-balling but the complicated circumstances of the case.
