I had the unfortunate event of finding myself in an employee-employer event late on a Friday afternoon. To quickly summarize, I am a healthcare provider and was employed by a medium sized healthcare firm. I reached out to 4 firms via email over the weekend to discuss my situation. Paul persona...lly called me on Monday morning. 2 firms never returned my call and the other called me back almost a week later. Definitely points for responsiveness out of the gate. Paul reassured me that he had experience in dealing with the issue I had at hand and we spent about 40 minutes talking in our initial consultation and he was thorough and patient with all my questions during this initial free consultation period. By the end of the call, we had agreed to work together as I had complete confidence in his representation. As I wanted the issue resolved quickly given the quickly deteriorating relationship with my employer, he had a contract ready for me within 24 hours to represent me and by the next day, he had contacted my employer with a separation agreement. I did not have to have any further contact with my employer and he handled all the details in getting me a full separation and completely on my terms within a week of our initial consultation and I was able to move on. I would not hesitate to hire Paul for any future needs should they arise in any employment issue.
